Born and raised in Dorchester County, Lucas has always had a heart for the area and the people. After Graduating from North Dorchester High School, he attended Chesapeake College and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. While developing ALL4LOVE as an organization, you may find Lucas volunteering as a leader for Dorchester County Young Life, on the sidelines at CSD and youth football games coaching, or at Starbucks drinking coffee. Lucas is a young, passionate leader ready to challenge the community to be better for the next generation of young men and women. Lucas oversees the development and operations of the organization and would be happy to meet with you!

Khail was originally born in New York but has spent his entire life in Cambridge, moving from Sandy Hill Elementary to Maces Lane Middle and finally graduating from Cambridge-South Dorchester High School. Khail spends the majority of his time with kids, whether it be on the football field as a coach, or as part-time staff with Dorchester County Young Life, Simply, Khail loves the community, loves the people and desires for better. Khail also is frequently referred to by his nickname "Moses".
Khail oversees all Youth Programming for our organization, and would be happy to answer any questions you may have!
