Khail Johnson

Khail Johnson is a dedicated mentor, coach, and community leader who has spent his entire life in Cambridge, Maryland. As Co-Founder and Program Director of ALL4LOVE, he oversees all youth programming, guiding students through mentoring, athletics, and enrichment opportunities that help shape their futures.

A graduate of Cambridge-South Dorchester High School, Khail went on to further his education while staying rooted in his community. Known by many as “Moses,” he is deeply connected to the young people he serves, bringing authenticity, consistency, and care into every interaction.

Outside of his work at ALL4LOVE, Khail coaches football and volunteers with Dorchester County Young Life. His commitment to young people extends beyond programs and classrooms—he is a daily presence in the lives of students, modeling resilience, leadership, and love for his community.
