Terae Warner

Terae Warner serves as the School Site Coordinator at Hurlock Elementary School, where he is committed to building meaningful relationships with students and creating opportunities that help young people thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

A lifelong Eastern Shore resident from Caroline County, Terae is a graduate of North Caroline High School and continued his education at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and Chesapeake College. His passion for youth development has led him to become a respected leader throughout the region.

Terae is the founder of Not A Phase (NAP) Clothing and the creator of the NAPDAY Invitational, one of Maryland's premier high school basketball showcases. Since 2018, he has used these platforms to connect student-athletes with mentorship, exposure, and life-changing opportunities, all rooted in his belief that growth is a journey—not a phase.

In addition to his work with ALL4LOVE, Terae serves as a varsity high school basketball coach, where he continues to invest in young people both on and off the court. His leadership, passion, and commitment to serving others make him a valuable part of the ALL4LOVE team.
