Da'Chell Haines

Da'Chell Haines serves as the School Site Coordinator at Mace's Lane Middle School, where she is passionate about building meaningful relationships with students and creating a safe, supportive environment where every child feels seen, valued, and encouraged.

A proud graduate of Cambridge-South Dorchester High School, Da'Chell has dedicated her life to serving others. She holds certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA), and Certified Medication Technician (CMT), experiences that have shaped her compassionate approach to caring for people and meeting them where they are.

For more than a decade, Da'Chell has served the Dorchester County Vikings as both a Team Mom and Assistant Coach. Through athletics, she has helped young people develop confidence, teamwork, perseverance, and leadership while building strong relationships with families throughout the community.

Da'Chell believes becoming a School Site Coordinator is more than a profession—it is a calling. Inspired by the adults who stood beside her own children during difficult moments, she is committed to being a trusted, caring presence for every student she encounters. Her mission is to help young people recognize their strengths, navigate life's challenges, and believe in the incredible potential they each possess.
