Timothy Johnson

Timothy Johnson Jr. serves as the School Site Coordinator at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School, where he is committed to building meaningful relationships with students and helping them discover their purpose, potential, and path forward.

A Cambridge, Maryland native and graduate of Cambridge-South Dorchester High School, Timothy grew up in the very neighborhoods he now serves. His personal experiences give him a deep understanding of the challenges many students face, while also fueling his belief that every young person has the ability to overcome obstacles and create a brighter future.

A standout multi-sport athlete, Timothy earned First Team All-Conference honors in football before continuing his athletic career at Georgia Storm Prep. The discipline, resilience, and leadership he developed through athletics continue to shape his work as a mentor, coach, and community leader.

In addition to his role with ALL4LOVE, Timothy is an entrepreneur, father, and youth football coach, having led both tackle football and National Flag Football teams. Whether in the classroom, on the field, or throughout the community, he is passionate about using relationships to inspire confidence, accountability, and hope in the next generation. Timothy believes that a young person's circumstances should never determine their future, and he is committed to helping students realize the limitless potential they possess.
