Mission and Vision

Far too often in life we get caught up in the ideals of perfection. As the saying goes, practice makes perfect, but perfection is not realistic in a world full of trials and tribulations. Pushing the value of excellence over perfection is the idea that one doesn’t have to be perfect in order to succeed. 

Often times people will come up with great ideas, great programs, and unique strategies intended for the good of the community. But oftentimes, at the sign of first struggle, those great ideas, programs, and strategies are forgotten. We are committed to consistency. Not only consistency in programming and how we operate, but consistency in our presence. Regardless on the success of the organization, the mission will always be present in the hearts of our team. The desire to change the reality of our community will always be consistent, and present. 

We are uniquely placed in an active and supportive community with several, well developed, and long-standing non-profit, and outreach organizations already serving the community. The success of the community and its residents is not a competition, rather the ultimate goal at the forefront of every individual mind. The mission is big, which requires a team, diversified in pathways, but united in the final destination.
