Elisha Johnson

Elisha Johnson serves as the School Site Coordinator at North Dorchester High School, where she is passionate about building authentic relationships with students and helping prepare the next generation to become confident leaders.

A graduate of Cambridge-South Dorchester High School, Elisha attended Sandy Hill Elementary School and Mace's Lane Middle School before continuing her lifelong commitment to serving young people in Dorchester County. She is a devoted mother of two and has always believed in creating spaces where students feel encouraged, supported, and valued.

In addition to her work with ALL4LOVE, Elisha serves as an assistant coach for the North Dorchester High School Girls Basketball Team. Whether coaching on the court or mentoring students in the school building, she is committed to helping young people grow in character, confidence, and purpose.

Elisha lives by the belief that "Some people are here to plant the seed while others are here to water the seed, but in the end, we all have a part in watching something beautiful grow." That philosophy reflects her approach to mentoring and the lasting impact she hopes to make in the lives of every student she serves.
