Lucas Thorpe

Lucas is a passionate community leader and youth advocate born and raised in Dorchester County, Maryland. He co-founded ALL4LOVE and serves as its Executive Director, guiding the organization’s mission to improve the lives of adolescents and young adults through mentorship, leadership development, and community programs.

A graduate of North Dorchester High School, Lucas attended Chesapeake College and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore before choosing to leave college during his senior year to launch ALL4LOVE at the age of 21. Under his leadership, the organization has grown into the largest youth-serving nonprofit in Dorchester County, offering school-based mentoring, athletics, community events, and cultural enrichment experiences.

Beyond his role at ALL4LOVE, Lucas volunteers as a coach in local football and baseball programs and mentors students through Dorchester County Young Life. He also serves on the Dorchester Education Foundation as the Vice President. Lucas leads with compassion, consistency, and a deep belief in the potential of every young person in his community.
