Matthew Thorpe

Matthew Thorpe is a Dorchester County native serving as the Associate Director of Development & Operations. He is passionate about principled living, developing leaders, and serving his community. In this role, he will help develop sustainable systems, expand donor relations, and solidify best practices to help All4Love maximize programming impact and continue to change the lives of young people.

Matt has his undergrad in Cross-Cultural Studies and a Master's in Business Management and Leadership. He has leadership experience in higher education and in the private business sector, as well as teaching experience in Dorchester County Public Schools. Matt has found success in various industries through consistent work ethic, radical candor, and a dedicated learner's spirit.

Matt is driven by his faith and family more than anything. He serves as one of the pastors at the Garden Church in Cambridge, and invites his wife and four children to be a part of every aspect of his work and service in the community. You will often see his family present at community events, volunteering at the concession stand, or showing up with a random baked-good for co-workers. Matt believes that building and modeling a healthy and unified family is one piece of his service to the local community.
