Clint Falduto

Clint Falduto brings more than 15 years of experience serving young people in Dorchester County through his leadership with Young Life, where he has built deep relationships with students and families. At ALL4LOVE, he serves as Community Liaison and Finance Manager, focusing on outreach, organizational trust, and financial management.

Originally from Wheeling, West Virginia, Clint has made Cambridge his home and is fully invested in the community. Along with his nonprofit work, he has spent over 20 years as a senior tax analyst with H&R Block, bringing financial expertise and a steady hand to ALL4LOVE’s growth.

Outside of his role with ALL4LOVE, Clint served as the varsity track & field coach at Cambridge-South Dorchester High School, leading the program to its first-ever state championship in 2024. He is passionate about mentoring youth on and off the track, combining his financial knowledge, community presence, and heart for students to make a lasting impact.
