• $250,000 — The Gymnasium
  The centerpiece of The Warehouse — a space for athletics, recreation, and gatherings that bring the community together.
• $200,000 — The Warehouse Commons
  A dynamic, multi-purpose area for mentoring, enrichment, leadership training, and large community events.
• $100,000 — The Conference Room
  A key space for leadership workshops, tutoring, workforce training, and community meetings.
• $100,000 — The Outdoor Patio
  A welcoming outdoor gathering space that serves as the community’s front porch — visible to all who visit.

Yes. Multi-year pledge commitments are welcome, and flexible payment options can be arranged. ALL4LOVE staff will work with you to design a giving plan that fits your philanthropic goals.

Each named space will feature custom signage recognizing your contribution. Donors will also be acknowledged in campaign materials, digital communications, and on the ALL4LOVE website (unless anonymity is requested).

Absolutely. Corporate partners, foundations, and civic organizations are encouraged to participate through naming opportunities, event sponsorships, or customized giving plans that align with their mission and community goals.

Renovations are being completed in phases. The office suite and community spaces are already in use, with construction on the gymnasium and commons areas expected to continue through 2026. Each phase brings us closer to fully opening The Warehouse to the public.
