We're seeking a passionate, driven Intercept Coordinator to lead our Intercept Program—our highest level of individualized support for young people facing significant life challenges. This role is more than case management or mentorship. It's about showing up consistently, building trust, and walking alongside youth as they navigate obstacles, discover their potential, and create a brighter future. 

As the Intercept Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted mentor, advocate, and connector, helping participants access resources, strengthen healthy relationships, and achieve personal goals. 

You'll also support our Next Gen mentoring program and work alongside schools, families, and community partners to create meaningful opportunities for youth across Dorchester County.
